Di Xiao began her musical studies at the age of four.  She graduated from the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing and was awarded a full scholarship by Birmingham Conservatoire, graduating with distinction in 2006 and winning a number of prizes along the way.  During the 2008/09 season she thrilled audiences across Europe on herRising Star Tour, which took her to 12 of the world's most prestigious concert halls.  Di Xiao has recently released her first album, 'Di Xiao Presents', which has been played across Europe on radio stations including BBC Radio 3.
